Once facing daily struggles, Mama Hamadi (not her real name), a resilient mother of two, found a new path through the Community based homecare and bee keeping program. With social guidance and support from KidsCare, she embraced income-generating activities where she started a small grocery business to gain economic independence and meet her children’s needs.
Today, she can proudly provide for her family and most importantly, both of her children are back to school, filled with hope for a brighter future.
“I never imagined I’d stand on my own two feet,” Mama Hamadi shares. “Thanks to KidsCare, my children are now in school, and I’m running my own business. I feel proud and hopeful again.”
Just like mama Hamadi, the program is bringing more families into the limelight and we cannot wait to share more touching stories.
