Success Story: Mango Mdoe’s Learning Journey
Mango Mdoe( not his real name) a determined 15-year-old learner in the intermediate class at the Special School Unit, has shown remarkable progress in his academic journey. Upon his enrolment, Mdoe was once a shy boy who used to isolate himself from others and could hardly express himself.
However, through patience, guidance, encouragement, and consistent support of his dedicated teacher, Mango’s abilities began to blossom. Today, he can confidently mold, count, write, and arrange numbers in order.
The boy is now always carrying a smile and confidently expresses himself, a very active boy in class and in the field. His story is a testament to the power of persistence, the importance of tailored support in special education, and the belief that every child can succeed with the right guidance. Today we celebrate Mango’s achievements and look forward to witnessing his continued growth.
